A combination of sit and chest harness are attached to ropes which are attached to the opposite side of the bridge. Leaping off a 45m platform and free-falling, almost immediately, feeling the tension on the ropes. The rest of the ride is smooth, one then starts to pendulum backwards and forwards a few times, after gently lowered to the ground.
