Janine Baltensperger, Events Manager at Sandton Convention Centre, has been acknowledged as a dedicated and valuable contributor to the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibition industry at the fourth annual Women in MICE awards, held at Rand Club of Johannesburg. The event, which took place on Thursday, 17 August 2017, aims to celebrate and pay tribute to the women who drive and maintain the industry in South Africa. Event founder, Martin Hiller, established the initiative in 2014, in the spirit of shining the spotlight on the sometimes less-acknowledged female members of the industry who conduct their projects with what seems like effortless grace and poise.
