On 18 October 2019, EPH Productions received the award for ‘Most Trusted Event Management Company’ at the global 2019 Hospitality Awards.

The awards are hosted by LUXlife Magazine, and seek to recognise and reward those companies and individuals in the worldwide hospitality industry who have been leaders in their field, delivered client satisfaction and achieved market growth in the previous 12 months. There are few restrictions on who can enter these awards, making them highly competitive as well as representative of the best the industry can offer.
Nominations are used to select entries. This is followed by anonymous open voting to create a shortlist of finalists, after which a thorough investigation of the candidates is made to decide on the final winners.
