The Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA) has signed an agreement with the Department of Labour and the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) to expedite the payments of benefits to employees affected by COVID-19.
Many people have questions on how this is going to work, so the Southern African Tourism Services Association (SATSA) organised a free webinar on the UIF TERS process. The webinar took place on 15 April 2020, but the recording is now available.
