The Event Greening Forum (EGF) is taking steps to help black-owned SMEs in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions and Events) industry grow and develop. One way we are doing this is by sponsoring the membership fees to the EGF for 10 successful candidates, as follows:
- 100% subsidy of membership fees in the 1st year (2018)
- 50% subsidy of membership fees in the 2nd year (2019)
- 30% subsidy of membership fees in the 3rd year (2020)
To meet the criteria to apply for this opportunity, a business needs to be able to demonstrate that it is:
- a black-owned SME (minimum 51% of the business is black owned)
- involved in the business events industry
- committed to sustainability
