Stefan started serving his articles in 2010 while completing his B.Com (Law) degree through the University of the Free State. In 2010 Stefan obtained his B.Com (Law) degree and continued his studies in law. Stefan obtained his LL.B degree in 2012 after he also attended the Law Society of South Africa’s School for Legal Practice. In June 2013 Stefan was admitted as Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and immediately accepted employment as a Professional Assistant at Hugo & Bruwer Inc. Stefan started practicing for his own account in February 2017 under the name and style of Stefan de Beer & Co. Attorneys. Stefan’s interests include non-fiction books, sport of any kind and he enjoys all aspects of business. Stefan specializes in matters relating to the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008, commercial, civil and criminal litigation as well as contracts.

Onne Vegter is the MD of Wild Wings Safaris, an inbound tour operator and safari specialist. His company operates as a UK based agent, an OTO, an inbound DMC and a local ground operator with transport. Onne writes regularly for Tourism Update and he joins us today from his office in George, along the Garden Route.

Lucien Niemann
Operations Director at Africa SAFE-T

Lucien Niemann qualified as an emergency medical care practitioner in 2007. He has extensive experience in remote incident management and medical preparedness systems for the tourism sector. Lucien is an alumnus of St. Albans College, Armstrong Atlantic State University, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, and the Netcare 911 School of Emergency and Critical Care. He is the Operations Director of Africa SAFE-T and is an Executive Director of Africa RESCUE.
