The sustainable event trend is continuing to grow. It is time to get more players in the events industry on board! Many businesses and event planners have already begun brainstorming how to implement ways they can make their events environmentally friendly.
So, what does it even mean to be “sustainable”? It means making changes to avoid the depletion of natural resources. The goal is to help maintain the environmental or at minimum ecological balance.
Creating sustainable events is key to being a responsible event planner. We have launched our Sustainable Events Masterclass to support sustainability-conscious organizations in our industry to incorporate and implement measures that enable them to comply with ISO 20121 and other standards.
