Nextour offers free software for tourism industry SMEs | The Planner

Nextour cloud-based software helps small Destination Management Companies (DMC’s) and inbound tour operators manage their business, with tools to create quotes (with live availability), build itineraries, and manage bookings, suppliers and their client’ CRM database.

Frédéric Fronteddu, Nextour’s CEO and co-founder, developed the software in collaboration with well-known African and International DMCs. This gave him critical insights into the industry, and meaningful feedback on the product. It also helped him identify that Small, Medium and Micro (SME) enterprises were not able to access travel tech due to a lack of information and the prohibitive costs associated with adopting new software. As a result, Nextour was designed specifically for these kinds of businesses.

Now, to assist DMCs and tour operators during the global COVID-19 crisis, Nextour will waive all software fees for the next three months. These businesses will be able to sign up for Nextour Premium free of charge. No deposit, no implementation fees, no server hosting fees and no fixed contracts will be charged for the next three months.

“To assist DMCs and tour operators during the global COVID-19 crisis, Nextour will waive all software fees for the next three months.”

This will allow companies to test the software and discover how it can help their business.

“We believe this is a way for companies to breathe a bit during this difficult time where business will be slowed down,” adds Fronteddu.

As Nextour is cloud-based, it is accessible from anywhere in the world and on all devices.
