EventPro has, in the past, themed, produced and staged; one-day and weekend team-building events and various sports events.
We fully mange all the staged events, overseeing both caterers and bar staff and their facilities. We use only state-of-the-art sound, lighting and audio/ visual systems and supervise the well-qualified crew. We also handle project management, all aspects relating to décor and pride ourselves on being highly innovative and creative in our concept development.
Over 20 years we’ve made our name by being adaptable, reliable and ever-aware of all time constraints. And as you might expect we’re BBBEE-compliant. EventPro has a ‘hands-on’ attitude and every aspect of every production is directed and supervised. Behind the scenes we are proud and staunch supporters of CANSA and the Footprint Children’s Home.
