International Convention Centre More than just a Pit Building for use at motorsport and motoring events, the building has been completely revamped to include world class facilities for all year-round conferencing, exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, private functions and activations. The new centre is equipped with state-of-the-art kitchens as well as upgraded ablution facilities. There is ample parking around the Convention Centre and across the bridge ensuring convenient access for your guests.  A passenger lift has been installed to provide disabled access to all three floors of the building. The Pit Garage Host your next event in a unique motorsport atmosphere right in the heart of the 40 garages of the Pit Building. This original venue's flexible 3 896 m² space creates an incomparable atmosphere which exudes racing excitement. The Paddock Club Area and Viewing Deck The Paddock Club is a modern 9 meter high spacious hall with 2 770 m² of uninterrupted space, providing a blank canvas ready for transformation. Entrance to the venue is accessed by the grand staircase leading onto a covered viewing deck with magnificent 270 degree views of the Gauteng skyline or via the Convention Centre Bridge leading directly into the building. The new 5 metre wide bridge allows vehicles to drive directly into the Paddock for ease of access when loading for an event. It is fully air conditioned; WiFi enabled on request and has disabled access either via the bridge or a passenger lift situated near the conference rooms. There is ample parking around the Convention Centre and across the bridge ensuring convenient access for your guests. Conference Rooms Each room overlooks the circuit and offers a breathtaking view of the start and finish line of the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit pit lane. In addition to meetings and conferences the rooms are ideally suited to hosting hospitality during racing events. The Conference Rooms are separated by sound proof sliding doors which can be opened to create a larger more flexible space of between 211 m² and 1 053 m² to suit your versatile needs. All rooms are fully air conditioned, WiFi enabled on request and have disabled access. Roof Terrace The covered Sarel Van Der Merwe Roof Terrace is open on 2 sides and offers spectacular views over Gauteng with a flexible 2 123 m² space. This area has its own modern ablution facilities, a mobile kitchen area and is accessed via either the staircase leading from the Paddock, staircases along the back of the building or the passenger lift accessed from the Ground Floor. Boardrooms The Grand Boardrooms directly overlook the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit start and finish line and provide one of the most unique meeting spaces in South Africa. Both rooms are fully air conditioned, WiFi enabled on request and have disabled access. Launch Area The John Love Launch Area is a private VIP area situated in the pits and has been specially adapted to accommodate dynamic vehicle launches with direct access to the pit lane and the track. This 444 m² space has a refined neutral interior and is ideally suited to static and dynamic vehicle and product launches of all types. The room has its own private reception area, executive toilets and fully equipped kitchen facility allowing for complete exclusivity for you and your guests. Outdoor Exhibition Platforms Kyalami now offers two large multi-functional outdoor exhibition platforms with a combined area of 35 000 m² of outdoor space. Both Platforms have multiple water and power service points and are accessed directly through the Primary Underpass entrance way into Kyalami. The circuit's secondary pit lane is situated on Platform 1 making this area ideal for track related events operating out of temporary structures. Platform 2 doubles up as the Dynamic Driver Training Area, allowing versatile options such as driver and rider training activities as well as outdoor exhibition space. Both platforms can also be used as surplus parking areas for larger events with a combined capacity for over 1 000 vehicles.
