With a focused eye on being a part of greening the environment โ Hackle Brooke has been selected as the exclusive meeting venue in Gauteng for assisting the Event Greening Forum (EGF) to โget the message acrossโ on all aspects towards a greener environment.
The EGF programme designers are hard at work to ensure that educating and training the MICE industry towards implementation is a fundamental objective in 2016.โWe must all play our part in encouraging those within the events industry, irrespective of capacity or type, to become not only aware but start putting into practice the green event possibilities and Hackle Brooke is delighted to be a part of the processโ commented MD Nigel Sand.
Also on the cards will be the first green standards which will be approved by the EGF board following founding members input due end January 2016.Event planners including training companies and HR departments should be on the Hackle Brooke Centreโs data-base to receive ongoing information of the greening events taking place during 2016.
