Flight Centre Corporate Traveller has reduced the professional service fees it charges its customers by 5% to 20%.
The reduction, which came into effect on 1 July 2016, was driven by Corporate Traveller’s desire to help ease the pressures faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in the current economic climate.
“We want to play our part in ensuring that business travel remains as cost-effective as possible and believe that retaining our loyal customers is the key to running a successful business,” said Corporate Traveller general manager Raylene Pienaar.
The decrease was also made possible by Corporate Traveller’s ongoing efforts over recent months to enhance their systems and distribution channels to drive greater efficiencies and reduce operating costs.
