This October, the Seychelles Tourism Board will put renewed focus on the destination’s appeal as a MICE destination through trade-focused workshops to be held in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Says David Germain, Seychelles Tourism Board Director for Africa & the Americas: “While, the Seychelles Tourism Board will continue its promotional effort worldwide to attract more MICE business to its shores, we have in particular identified South Africa as an important source market to make this happen.”

Both workshops aim to be as qualified as possible and for this reason the invitations to the workshops are made quite selective. However, workshop attendance is open to companies and/or individuals who specialise in MICE business – meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions and more specifically to those who have the potential capacity to send clients out of South Africa or who are already working with Seychelles.
