Premier Hotel Edwardian keeps up 3-star rate | The Planner

The Tourism Grading Council of South Africa has once again awarded the Premier Hotel Edwardian a 3-star grading, recognizing the good standards maintained at this value for money accommodation venue on the KZN South Coast.

The Premier Hotel Edwardian is a resort hotel, owned and managed by Premier Hotels and Resorts, and offers a choice of 100 elegantly appointed rooms perfectly suited for both families and business travellers.

In their assessment report the TGSA noted how the Premier Hotel Edwardian is managed by a dedicated and committed General Manager and staff, with regular visits from the group’s head office to ensure that their internal standards are maintained.

The assessor complemented the well maintained buildings, grounds and gardens of this seaside venue and said that the hotel has a “hands on approach” with “well managed housekeeping policies and procedures in place.” The results of the grading report reflect the hotel’s continuous replacement of linen and other stock items to ensure that the accommodation is kept “up to date”.

“We are very proud of the three star grading our hotel has received from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa,” said Brandon Schafli, General Manager of the Premier Hotel Edwardian. “We are a steady competitor in the three star market and continuously strive to meet and exceed guest expectations.  Our team is unwavering in our drive to provide guests with the comfort, luxury and guest service they deserve when choosing to stay at the Premier Hotel Edwardian.”
