We are officially only a few days away from The Event Greening Forum 2016 Conference, taking place at Hackle Brooke Conference Centre.

About the Conference

The fourth Event Greening Forum (EGF) Conference will be addressed by sustainability experts within the events industry, under this year’s theme  “Go Green, it’s good for business”. The conference will held at Hackle Brooke Conference Centre, Johannesburg on 21 July 2016.

The EGF is delighted that Roger Simons, Regional Sustainability Director at MCI President of the Green Meetings Industry Council (GMIC), as the conference’s keynote speaker. He will share how global brand communications strategies are evolving in the 21st century, and how events are increasingly an important component of major brands’ sustainability strategies.

Delegates will learn about the most up-to-date international green trends, the importance of the event greening standards going forward as a marketing tool, how simple it can be to green an event, the cost vs benefit of hosting a sustainable events, and the steps that are required to ensure a truly sustainable event and the long-lasting benefits thereof.
