Expansion for Cape Town hotel | The Planner

The four-star Premier Hotel Cape Manor in Sea Point is being expanded to offer even more accommodation options in the popular Atlantic Seaboard.

Construction work at the property adjacent to this Cape Town hotel started in July 2013. Premier Hotels and Resorts Managing Director, Samuel Nassimov said the new wing will add 32 large, modern bedrooms to its existing 99 rooms. Once completed, the hotel will offer a choice of 131 rooms, ranging from deluxe rooms to executive suites.

“Guests staying at the Premier Hotel Cape Manor will not be affected while the expansion is underway, as it is happening at the property next door which is also owned by the Group and has been earmarked for development for a while,” said Premier Hotels and Resorts Marketing Manager Eugene Oelofse.

The Premier Hotel Cape Manor, located in the tree lined Marais Road on the Sea Point promenade is near the city centre and major tourist attractions including Table Mountain, the world famous Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and Camps Bay and Clifton beaches. It received a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2013.

The R22 million investment into this hotel which caters for both business and leisure travellers will also include a cosmetic upgrade to the existing rooms as well as improved IT infrastructure to keep abreast of technological advances.
