The Picasso Room Ideal for: Events / Gala Dinners / Launches / Conferences Capacity: Banquet – 700 Guests / Conference – 1200 Guests Our main ground floor event arena has been designed from the ground up to be breathtakingly beautiful, and flawlessly flexible. Over 850 square metres of column free event space are complimented by access doors for truck and vehicle access. Technically our event space is supplied with 3 phase power, rigging points, sound and lighting systems, built in bar facilities and two possible entrances. The Galleria’s common areas have been exquisitely designed to offer a class and panache to any event, and all areas have been thoughtfully planned with the guest in mind. The Michelangelo Ideal for: Intimate Events / Conference Breakaways / Private Functions Capacity: Banquet – 80 Guests / Breakaways – 150 Guests Our multi-purpose mezzanine floor can be used as an overflow for the main event space, or booked on its own as a smaller more intimate venue. A built in bar, and furnished foyer area mirroring the timeless classic interior style of the main reception area are included in the dedicated space rental of this area. Three smaller fully provisioned private conference rooms are accessed from the foyer, and can be booked individually for smaller private meetings, or included as part of the overall space allocation for your event. The Warhol/Renoir/Dali Ideal for:Private Meetings / Compact Presentations / Conference Breakaways Capacity: Warhol – 12 Guests / Renoir – 12 Guests / Dali – 60 Guests Schoolroom Style Our business centre on the first floor houses three dedicated, private meeting rooms that can be booked individually. Fully equipped for conferencing requirements, they can be configured in numerous ways to offer maximum flexibility to meet your more intimate needs for smaller meetings, or as breakaways for larger conference groups in the main event arena. The Van Gogh Ideal for: Sundowners / Private Functions / Celebrations / Conference Breakaways Capacity: 150 Guests Our multi-use roof-top terrace offers spectacular views of the Sandton skyline. Whether for sundowners before the main event, or booked exclusively for a private function, the terrace is always where the party starts. An optional bedouin cover over the whole terrace can be provided on request.
