Premier Hotels and Resorts, one of South Africa’s largest independent hotel groups has recently added four new staff members to their growing team.
The new additions are: Larelle Foord who will be coming in as the Debtors and Creditors Clerk, Kevin Gavin and Quinton Gregory who are now Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef respectively at the Premier Hotel EL ICC and Jacobus Minnaar who has taken over as the Food and Beverage Manager and Deputy General Manager at the Premier Hotel Midrand.
Foord has worked in the legal field for nearly 30 years as a Debt Collection Secretary, a Financial Manager and a Financial Administrative Manager. Her decades of experience place her firmly on top of her field.
Gavin has worked in the Food and Beverage arena at some of the top hotels around the country including Gold Reef City Casino, the Wild Coast Sun and Mpekweni Beach Resort. Gregory has been working with food for nine years and started as a Sous Chef in London. Recently he has worked with JB’s Corner in Melrose Arch and Garden Estate Hotel and Conference Centre.
Minnaar has worked his way up in the Food and Beverage industry from the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Kopanong, to Banqueting Manager at the Michelangelo, Food and Beverage Manager and Operations Manager at the Saxon Boutique Hotel and most recently as the General Manager at the Grand Towers Boutique Hotel.
