This July Clico Boutique Hotel is celebrating its 8th year as a successful small hotel, fine-dining venue as well as conference and events destination.
General Manager Sabine Seeger says the team and owner, Jeanette Schwegman, are ringing in their 8th anniversary by offering their loyal guests and diners a festive Winter Warmer package, Xmas in July dinner and a delectable High Tea, ideal for Women’s Day in August.
“Without our loyal guests and diners we’d not have managed to grow and evolve into the popular 5-star boutique hotel we are today,” she says. “Launched by Jeanette, the hotel went from elegant guesthouse and fine-dining establishment, offering feather-soft beds, stylish furnishings and business-traveller friendly amenities to an award-winning, 5-star boutique hotel within the first few years of opening its chic doors.”
Clico was recently awarded the coveted Certificate of Excellence for 2014 by TripAdvisor. This prestigious award recognizes businesses that consistently earn top rating from TripAdvisor travellers from across the globe, whilst rating Clico one of the top 25 hotels in South Africa!
Clico is rated one of the seven Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Johannesburg for 2013 and in the top 10 for 2012 in Eat Out; the hotel was voted into the top 25 Top Small Hotel as well as Top Luxury Hotel lists in South Africa by TripAdvisor travellers for 2014.
