The Table Bay teams up with Le Creuset for Cuppa for CANSA
Sun International’s exquisite Table Bay teamed-up with premium cookware manufacturer, Le Creuset, to host a special Cuppa for CANSA event to raise funds for the cause.
Guests were treated to a glorious High Tea, sponsored by The Table Bay, and an afternoon of fun-filled give-aways, with prizes from Le Creuset. special guests included well-known food and lifestyle bloggers as well as blog readers who had won their seats at the special event by entering Le Creuset’s Cuppa for CANSA competition on the featured blogs. Money raised through donations from guests and sales of raffle tickets totalled R2000, which will be donated to CANSA.
Cuppa for CANSA is South Africa’s biggest tea party – in aid of CANSA. Cuppa for CANSA is an opportunity to socialise with friends and colleagues while helping to raise funds for a worthy cause at the same time. Anyone can become a Cuppa host, and events are usually held across the country between July and October each year. Hosts are encouraged to give their Cuppa events a theme and get creative to make them fun. Guests are invited to make a donation to the Cuppa for CANSA cause when attending a Cuppa event. Additional funds can be generated by staging raffles and other activities.
