In keeping up with the markets demands for new and exciting teambuilding events, and simultaneously leveraging itself in what has become a hugely competitive and saturated industry, R.E.A.L. Adventures continues to innovate with new additions to its activity list, the most recent of which include fire walking, laser clay pigeon shooting and giant inflatables. It has also evolved in terms of its rafting as they come paddling down the river, which is quite a sight to see.
The way in which R.E.A.L. Adventures structures its activities is what keeps clients coming back for more, time and again. We’ve always maintained that activities need to be tailored to suit the needs of each group. You cant take a survivor activity that has been pre-planned and force it on every group. It just doesnt work. Every group differs and the activities they undertake need to be complementary. The reason why delegates are scheduled to partake in a teambuilding experience is crucial to establishing what will be best for them. Its a consultative process between us and the client to determine their needs, whether strategic or recreational, in line with their desired outcomes.
