- We receive your request via conference1@kunyehospitality.co.za and will respond to you with a full proposal (minimum of 5 comprehensive quotes) within 3 hours. At the best available rates off course!
- You communicate your choice of supplier to us.
- We get necessary documents in place directly from the supplier (Contract, Agenda, Function sheet, Rooming list)
- You complete and communicate necessary documents.
- Payments/ Purchase orders are made/ addressed directly to the supplier showing our transparency as we DON’T add onto the rates
- Ensure that pre- and post- conference meetings are scheduled executing your event 110%.
- Did we mention that we don’t charge you for being at your event to ensure all your requirements are met? Mahala – FREE – Verniet!
- AND to ensure that you are satisfied with the quote/ proposal – we will arrange a site inspection at NO COST as well!
