Lumi, a global leader in real-time audience insight technology, has acquired the Paris-based Digimedia from CACEIS Corporate Trust.
Digimedia is a major provider of electronic voting solutions for Shareholder Annual General Meetings and live events in France and responsible for hundreds of meetings with both listed and non-listed French corporates. Lumi is already active in France and through this acquisition will strengthen its French resources and significantly increase market share.
This also further consolidates Lumi’s position as the European market leader in this area.Digimedia and Lumi have enjoyed a technology partnership over several years and this deal will now enable Digimedia’s clients to enjoy the full suite of Lumi’s technology.
